OK ladies - what's on the plan today?

B: 1/2 bagel with cream cheese
S: fage and peaches
L: I'm thinking antipasta salad
S: roast beef roll ups
D: not sure - forgot to take something out - scrambled eggs maybe - yea no... frozen pizza with tomatoes from the garden and basil
S: apple with PB

Good Morning Liz and TGIF!

I am on liquids today because of a major stuck episode yesterday...

B:  Muscle milk light  EAS strawberry shake (really very good!)
S:  EAS strawberry protein shake skipped
L:  Greek yogurt  EAS chocolate shake (really very good)
S:  Other 1/2 of the EAS shake  skipped
D:  Greek yogurt  baked tilapia

lots of water in between 

working out at the gym today  30 minutes machines and 30 minute run/ 60 minute piloga class at the gym

You can't measure your achievements with someone else's yardstick!

Hi Liz - how are you feeling? I know you haven't been yourself for a while - hope you're starting to feel a little better. Here's my plan for today...

B: Sausage & egg burrito (I just can't help myself)
S: Fresh melon & strawberries; small protein bar
L: Tuna melt at Champps but only eating the tuna, not the bread
S: ???
D: I think we're having pork chops?
S: SF ice cream; nuts

E: Hmmm...definitely a walk with the dog; recumbant bike? We'll see.

Kathy - it swings back and forth but thanks for asking! Today I am not feeling well physically - pouchie and intestines aren't happy at all... not sure why.

I noticed you said "ladies"....just dawned on me that the guys never post to this....hmmmm!

B:  part of an egg and cheese and bacon bagel from wawa....i seriously need to do some grocery shopping!
L:  Lean cuisean....chicken and veggies

D:  turkey burger, green bell pepper that I grew in my garden :)

nope - the men mus tbe too chicken to own up to what they eat in a day! lol

Congrats on the pepper from the garden! I had a cucumber from mine last night!
