Friday Excercise
Right now I'm undecided, but I think I'll hop on my recumbant bike when I get home and get a good work-out, then walk the dog and hopefully tonight ride my bicycle around the neighborhood. I can calculate how far I go now because we 'measured' the roads in there. The other night I did 8 miles on my recumbant bike, then 1/2 mile with the dog and 2 miles on my bicycle, so 10+ miles in all - not bad for an old lady!
The woman who does an HOUR on an eliptical thinks she's a slacker?! You're my hero!! I can't go an hour on my bike and that's sitting on my arse!! LOL!! But I am doing better and I know the inches are coming off - not sure about lbs since I haven't weighed myself in a few weeks but hey, inches - pounds - I'll take either!

Planning on going to the gym, I will do cardio and free weights
