Day4-5DPT
Good morning! I am doing very good this morning.
I ended up not making the fish last night. Didn't have enough time so I made a quick omelette. It was yummy and filling!
Today I am very unprepared! Was rusing around to get to work on time because co worker texted me that she wasn't coming in so I had to get there in time to unlock the office. Soooo
It's HB eggs this morning, then I will have the doc grabs me a chicken breast from the grocery store down the road. I will throw that OH SO YUMMY skin in the trash and just eat the breast meat. I don't have many other options today besides McD's or pizza places. And I am not caving into that, just because I am in a bind!

I'm surviving. today is a rough day, but I haven't caved. I actually sat in a 'lunch" meeting from 11:30am - 1pm where "lunch" was about 7 amazingly wonderfully smelling pizzas. I was strong and did not cave.
I was also unprepared (story of my life) and ran to Wally World at lunch and picked up tuna and hormel chilli (gag) and some sugar free puddings. I woke up feeling icky today (might have been the 2 glasses of wine I had out last night) and just in a generally crabby mood today. But I do feel overall like i have more "pep" in my step since embarking on the 5DPT.
Tomorrow I will give a full report if I think it was "worth it" I do not think I feel my pouch is any tighter (maybe it wasn't loose to begin with) and I am mentlaly still craving carbs BIG TIME so I will have that to deal with when I am finished.
oh well, that's about it for now kids.

I am actually feeling good without the carbs. And not really craving any. I passed on free pizza today too. And that's hard for me usually!
Hopefully dinner is satisfying and I am OK. Johnny has gone carbless all week at dinner so far to help me out. He asked if I would mind if he made Oven roasted red potatoes tonight. (MY FAVORITE & HIS)
I said no, I didn't mind. I have to face it sometime! LOL
