Thursday Excercise

Good Morning Everyone!
I did my hour on the Elliptical and will be walking on my lunch weather permitting and that is it for me today. So what are you doing to move today?

Brought my stuff to go to Curves on the way home tonight - possibly a walk with the dog after that. Then is mom is feeling up to it I will take her to get her hair done and I'll probably hop over to the card store for some b'day cards I need. That's it for me.

Good morning,
Today was day 2 of my return to the gym after a nine month hiatus.  Things were a little easier today than yesterday, but I still have a long way to go to get to where I was this time last year.  I consider today a measure of progression as I was able to up the intensity of my workout.

Rough guesses for today had my on free weights for about an hour, followed by the 30 minute workout that Planet Fitness offers, followed by another hour on the treadmill.  Turned up the juice a little on the treadmill, running the final 30 minutes at 5.5 mph.  My goal by the end of next week is to be back to running for the full hour on the treadmill, we will see.

"No matter how hard life may get, no matter how many curveballs you are thrown, keep in mind, if you want to succeed - QUITTING IS NOT AN OPTION"!!!

Today, we did a mile walk along the beach against the rather-strong current in knee-deep water.  What a workout!  Not to mention that it's 100F out. 

Fun - and a workout.  Now there's a winning combo!

hello all.. I went to the gym and did 30 mins on the recumbant bike and back and tricep work.
