Thursday Excercise
Good morning,
Today was day 2 of my return to the gym after a nine month hiatus. Things were a little easier today than yesterday, but I still have a long way to go to get to where I was this time last year. I consider today a measure of progression as I was able to up the intensity of my workout.
Rough guesses for today had my on free weights for about an hour, followed by the 30 minute workout that Planet Fitness offers, followed by another hour on the treadmill. Turned up the juice a little on the treadmill, running the final 30 minutes at 5.5 mph. My goal by the end of next week is to be back to running for the full hour on the treadmill, we will see.
