I have a better plan for today as yesterday was not so great!  I am also going home to MD today so, I should be better able to focus.
edit
B:  an egg  with olives, green onions and a sprinkle of feta
S:  Chobani yogurt (if needed)  not needed
L:  mixed green salad with olives, avocado, chicken, onion, tomato and ff honey dijon  boca burger
S:  cucumber and hummus  skipped
D:  cucumber, onion & Jersey tomato salad and grilled chicken crustless pizza

I will drink all of my water.

I will practice using my 'resistance' muscle and weaken my 'give-in' muscle. (Beck's Diet for Life)

I will go to the gym later this afternoon instead of running today.

My plan for the day really sucks but this is it...tomorrow I should go totally liquid with shakes and stuff to make up for today!

B: Sausage & egg burrito
S: Fresh melon & berries
L: Pizza
S: Cottage cheese
D: Salad; lasagna
S: None

E: Recumbant bike; walk the dog; hopefully bicycle ride

See, told you it was a crummy food day for me - too many carbs...but I'll go light on the pizza (toppings only) and on the lasagna - its one I made and has been frozen - trying to keep meals easy for my mom right now since she's not feeling up to par.

I did too - I don't make a steady diet of it and am very careful if I do eat the crust because it tends to swell in my pouch, but if it has good toppings I'll just eat that and leave the crust. Wish more places would offer whole wheat crusts - I bought one at Trader Joe's to make my own pizza at home but haven't tried it yet.

Crustless Pizza

2 cup bag Sargento Reduced Fat 4 Blend Italian Cheese

10 oz. box frozen Spinach completely thawed and completely drained of all liquid

10 oz. Classico Spicy Tomato and Pesto Sauce or 10 oz. Hunts Zesty and Spicy Spaghetti Sauce

1/2 cup egg beaters

Preheat oven to 400, spray a metal baking sheet with Pam, I used BJ's Canola Spray,

Mix 1/2 the cheese with 2 oz. of the sauce, the egg beaters and the spinach, lay out in the pan a solid surface with no holes.  Top the mixture with the other 8 oz. of sauce and the rest the bag of cheese.  Bake for 20 minutes till brown and bubbly.  If you cut it into 8 slices - each one is 120 calories, 5 fat, 5 carb, 10 protein.  Careful its addictive.  Allow to cool slightly before slicing.

Oooh - that sounds awesome!! I love spinach on pizza so that is right up my alley - thank you so much - will definitely be picking up the ingredients and trying this one. My hubby and mom like to have tomato soup and grilled cheese on Friday nights - neither of which I can (or will) eat, so this is something I could make to have when they're having that. Have you ever tried freezing any of it? That would make a great reheat for my lunch at work if it freezes okay. Thanks Nan!!

I've never had any of it last long enough to think about freezing.  But I don't think baked eggbeaters freeze well without getting watery.  Everyone at work, and all my friends (non WLS) love it.  Its like a pizza quiche.
