Anyone else feel lumpy?
It sounds pretty silly, but is an honest question! When I run my finger over my thighs (and other places), I feel lumps. I'm assuming this is the fat breaking down into pieces, but am not sure. I've never lost this much weight before, so I'm a bit curious. Has anyone else noticed this? Does it eventually even out?

It could very well be that - be prepared because your body is going to change so much thru-out this journey - that's why the scale isn't always the best indicator of how someone is doing, because I would drop clothing sizes without dropping a pound. And there will probably be times when your face looks drawn or tired and people will comment on it (mostly family) but that will come around, too. Its strange how our bodies go thru all these different phases.
For me my weirdest thing is that my right leg is larger than my left and its probably due to the fact that I've had several major surgeries on that leg but it still bothers me and I doubt it will ever change.

When my legs feel lumpy like that I ride my bike alot, or walk/run alot. It's almost like it's water stuck in the (adipose?) fat and it smooths it out of there and it usually builds up to that when I've gotten off my exercise routine. Exercise is soooo important to moving the fat and water around and out.
