Stickin To the Basics - Tuesday (menu post)

Hey Liz!

Well, I didn't have a really well thought out plan and it back fired.  All my fault and I DO take responsibility for my actions.  I read my cards, I exercised but I did not stop to think what I put in my mouth.


B:  Muscle Milk  did this but it was gross!
S:  Baby bel light cheese and a banana  ate 2 of the cheeses but I wasn't hungry - I ate because it was snack time
L:  mixed greens with onions, avocado, olives, ham, sprinkle of cheese and ff honey dijon  ate this and it was good - however, I think I am not getting in enough dense protein because I was starving an hour later
S:  not sure  this is where it all went downhill... 4 star bursts & the icing off of a butterscotch krimpet but not the actual krimpet
D:  Cucumber, tomato and onion salad with some kind of protein  baked pork chop, mixed veggies, CORNBREAD STUFFING and to top it off - ice cream.

My goal today is to practice flexing my resistance muscle and stay out of the candy dish.  I will return later to edit what I really ate.  I failed to strengthen my resistance muscle... am I doomed?

You can't measure your achievements with someone else's yardstick!
