Good Morning All

B: 1/2 english muffin with egg and cheese - yep
S: fage and peaches - had this as an afternoon snack - I was in a meeting during this time
L: chicen and zucchini with feta - only about 1/2 of what I packed
S: a few whole grain crackers - nope, had the fage and peaches
D: something with ground beef and zucchini (you'll be seeing this a lot - they are coming out of the garden now and are my fav!) - made meatballs in mushroom gravy - it really isn't sitting well!
S: blueberry oatmeal crisp - if I feel better maybe
Happy to be in

side note:  when I had the salad for lunch with the shrimp and they had a chance to soak up the dressing from early this morning, boy, was that a taste sensation.  I'll have to do that on purpose again.

Some days your the dog and some days your the hydrant.

I love collard greens too. And Fried Okra, Fat Back, Fried Catfish, Fried Chicken Livers.......OK, I am getting WAY off topic here. And obviously, those LOVES have lead me to todays menu....

Protein Shake
Water
Applesauce (no sugar added)
Water
Cream of Broccoli Soup
Water
Protein Shake
Water
More soup

Wow, that even bores me and I am a boring person! LOL. Oh well. Tomorrow will be a little tastier!

When life hands you lemons, ask for tequila & salt and give me a call!

B: Sausage & egg burrito
S: Melon & strawberries
L: Tuna salad on ww bakery round; sf pudding
S: String cheese or cottage cheese
D: Taco salad
S: Nuts

E: Curves; walk the dog; ride my bike if it doesn't rain - and if it doesn't rain I'll have to water everything too.

B -- protein shake (skim milk + whey protien)
S -- bulger wheat custard (ok, so I made a big batch , Liz!)
L --  fage, chicken, small salad
S--  sf ff yogurt
D-- salmon, salad, blueberries
S -- sf pudding

It;s 4pm... so far so good.. except for one situationl  My blood sugar was crashing (had been running high due to infection)....so I ate some trail mix to  get it backin normal range.  One portion would have been fine... I had two..total of 240 calories, 8 gr protien.

Car ride home was tough.... need a trip to confessional... can't quite recall what I was feeling/thinking... I know how I was acting.   Had worked late'; concerned about issue with an account that I didn't understand.

Dinner was changed by the chef (hubby)   baked chicken breast (1/2) with herbs, salad greens snack was glass of skim milk and one graham cracker. (didn't have Sf pudding)

I'm reading my beck deck now to refocus.

Boring list for me LOL Greek yogurt all day with Strawberry preserves and half a banana in each cup that I make. And tons of water. I have been having headaches lately so I am guessing that I am not getting enough fluids so I am pushing more protein and water and well yogurt is high in protein and I like it.
