sticking to the basics - monday

I need to better w Breakfast!

B:  small non fat latte and an atkins bar (1/2)
L: Tried sushi...2 pieces, didn't sit well, had some string cheese and rice cakes
S: juice
D:  veggie burger and broccoli
S:  yogurt

pouch was mad after the sushi, so I may stick with liquids for dinner, we shall see.
