Instead of complaining that the rosebush has thorns, be happy that the thorn bush has roses.

Yes, this one is very simple - walk into a Trader Joe's - go to the frozen foods section - they come 2 to a box!! And trust me, they're not really as good as they sound - a tad 'spongy' - I probably won't buy them again, but they're okay in a pinch. I liked that they don't have any carbs but I do need something that has decent flavor.

interesting day for me.  the reality of management chagnes at work is somewhat overwhelming.

B  bulger wheat custard
S  protein shake
L  spinach pizza
S  PB2 and celery
D  pork kebobs, salad, and 1/2 c blueberries
S  milk

B - 1 scoop of GNC Pro-performance 100% whey protein w/ 8 oz of Silk plain Soy milk

S - Decaf Coffee w/ creamer

L - 1 scoop of GNC Pro-performance 100% whey protein w/ 8 oz of Silk plain Soy milk

S - Pistashio's & dried cherries

D - Chicken tenders and fresh greens salad

S -1 scoop of  Elite whey protein w/ silk soy plain

walked doggies this moring b4 work and going to the gym to do 30 of elliptical after work.

I didn't eat much of my packed stuff at work last night due to my issues and coming home early.  I DID have:

2 string cheese
Edamame
I also had some saltines to try to settle my stomach.

Here's what I'm packing for work:

Greek yogurt
String cheese
Watermelon
Salad w/ fresh salsa, black beans, seasoned chicken
PB&J on whole wheat sandwhich thin

Not sure if I'll eat all of it or not, or in what order...but that's the idea for now!

L:  chicken and eggplant bake with kasha
S: whoops...I forgot I had fruit too :)
D:  probably more chicken and eggplant...I made WAY too much!!
