B: yoplait yoplus & fiber one cereal fiber one yogurt and fiber one cereal
S: peach peach
L: ham and cheese rollups with roasted red hummus & cucumber salad with ham, cheese, avocado, olives and a boiled egg white - ff honey dijon dressing - very delicious
S: canteloupe and cottage cheese Emily's cottage cheese
D: fresh flounder and soft shell crabs with a salad didn't eat the soft shell... didn't like it
three tootsie rolls and a tootsi pop - hanging head in shame
Will edit later tonight - going out for a run now. 3 mile run

Delaware Bay - we caught 6 in the first 10 minutes! My brother took us girls out on his boat (he's a commercial fisherman.) We did all the fishing he did all the hard stuff like baiting the hook and getting the fish off the hook when we caught something - it was fun seeing him run around keeping us busy!
