I don't think I'm going to be able to participate this time. My Zumba class lets out at 8pm and there aren't any earlier classes on Mondays, and I don't want to give it up. I will be reading the book each week though -- I guess I will just be a group of one this time, and maybe participate in a discussion in a future Beck group.

Thank you, Nicole, for recommending this book. I am really enjoying it.
