I have been using a myfitnesspal.com ticker for a long time and just discovered that I can keep a food diary and exercise diary on it.  The food diary keeps track of protein, calories etc.  The exercise diary keeps track of calories burned.  I am thrilled with this addition to my new regimen.

I use an APP on my iphone that does all the above as well.  It is so cool.
It's called LOSE IT!  I can add foods from the label if they aren't listed.
It really keeps me on track.

I am glad you found something too!  I think it's really important post surgery
to have several arena's that keep you on track :)
