***Sunday Roll Call***
Count it down with me....27 minutes until I leave work! Whooo hooo!!!!
On my way home I am stopping for just a few quick things at the store....one of which is cream of wheat? I've been w/ hubby for 9 years...never ONCE have seen him eat cream of wheat...never ONCE has he asked for it. Well with the whole dental thing going on he's eating soft foods now and out of the blue says to me "do we have any cream of wheat" Uh....no....why? Oh, because I like it and it would be soft enough for me to eat. Hmmm. Learn something new every day. So cream of wheat it is for hubby! I also need some fruit (they didn't have a whole lotta fruit at the farmers market) and also frozen berries for my yogurt.
Once home it'll be folding the laundry I did yesterday and probably throwing in another load...there was a lot more than I had anticipated, so I figure I might as well get it all done.
Then of course it'll be back to bed...I'm aiming for 9am or earlier - we'll see if that happens (It'll probably be more like 10am but a girl can dream, no??)

Instead of complaining that the rosebush has thorns, be happy that the thorn bush has roses.

I had a fantastic birthday dinner last night with the hubby! We went to Cutillo's--OMG SOOOOOOOOO GOOOD!!! The dinner was divine!! They even had sugar free cheesecake with fresh strawberries...so I indulged! OMG soooo good and it really was a very nice birthday dinner !!! Then hubby took me shopping after and I got two new dresses and an arm band for my iPod so I can stop knocking it off the treadmill when I work out!! LOL
Today has us going to church and then just spending a quiet day at home doing laundry, food shopping, and then just coming home to veg out...hubby may grill tonight so we shall see!! All in al it looks like it is going to be a beautiful day so enjoy it!!

They even had sugar free cheesecake with fresh strawberries...so I indulged! OMG soooo good and it really was a very nice birthday dinner !!! Then hubby took me shopping after and I got two new dresses and an arm band for my iPod so I can stop knocking it off the treadmill when I work out!! LOL
Today has us going to church and then just spending a quiet day at home doing laundry, food shopping, and then just coming home to veg out...hubby may grill tonight so we shall see!! All in al it looks like it is going to be a beautiful day so enjoy it!!

Good Morning Pam,
I was addicted to Cream of Wheat during my soft food stage because I cooked it with milk, and used milk to cool it. I need to get some.
Today has me recovering from chasing Utley around the apartment complex. His leash has some flaw where when he shakes, it comes off sometimes. He took a run, and I am relieved to say he came home on his own. So, PetSmart is on my list today.
I want to go to the shore, but can't because of finances and the overwhelming need to clean my bedroom today. So, I will head to church and then home to clean this disaster of an apartment. I have yet to recover it from when I had surgery and my broken foot. I need to go get some boxes for the sorting/trash stuff.

I'm getting an easy start this morning - after all, it's only my 2nd full day home after surgery. I'll have a protein shake and read a bit, take a walk, and head out to church. The afternoon is wonderfully open - may be a nap? This evening we may hit the Kathy Mattea concert at a nearby community park.
Quiet start to my day. I woke early for some reason so I thought I would check the boards. I am soon off to work at Knoebels (pt time job for summer-love it!). I work at the Cookie Nook selling coffees, blended drinks, teas, cookies and frozen yogurt. Talk about temptation! I have been pretty good so far

Chris is out to breakfast with his uncle then I have him making at least 5 stops on the way hoime, he wasn't too mad because 2 of them required that he take his pick-up. The roar of that woke me at 6:30 but I was able to fall back asleep for a bit.
Today has me planting a few small trees we got from my grandmother's last night, I also have laundry and cooking for the week to do. Other then that I want to relax and spend some time with hubby.

Well Im alive. After a few rough days, ie.. visits to the dr then to the hospital.. Ive been lounging and doing nothing. Yesterday went with the fam to my family reunion and sat on chair all day.

today has been hanging out again. I may try work tomorrow.
all is well now but i was def not feeling myself the past few days. Hopefull the next few days we will have some answers.
