SUNDAY -- back to the basics

I realized that Saturday came and went -- I never took the time to plan my meals!  So, I'm not going to let Sunday go by....

B  bulger wheat custard
S  protein shake
L  spinach pizza
S  PB2 with celery
D pork loin kebabs, salad
S sf pudding

I honestly lost complete track of what I ate yeterday!

How did you like the bulgar wheat custard?? I better start thinking about breakfasts for the week...

I don't usually post on weekends. I did good yesterday though, for the most part!

B: 1/2 slice scrapple and 1 egg
 then over the course of the rest of the day I had mozzarella with tomato and basil, 1/2 a baked potato, some brie cheese
D: chicken on the grill and green beans
S: piece of chocolate peanut butter cake

Today
B: 1/2 piece of scrapple and 1 egg
S: mozzarella cheese
L: 1/4 roast beef hoagie with provolone
S: 1 peach
D: home made pizza and cesar salad
S: blueberry crisp with oatmeal topping

S  yogurt and PB crackers
L  egg white omelette-could only eat a small amount-not hungry and pouch is a little sensitive today
S  lemonade
D 3 steamed veggie dumplings 25 calories each
S sf popcicle

I admit I hae been off the wagon all weekend.  Darn weekends with the picnics, parties and hanging out.  I have my plan ready for tomorrow.

You can't measure your achievements with someone else's yardstick!
