Sticking to the basics - friday

so it's friday yay!!  I usually do better over the weekend... today well it's a grab and go day so my carbs are high.

B: 1/2 bagel with cream cheese
S: fage and fresh peaches
L: pork roll and cheese on a sandwich thin
S: cheddar cheese
D: chicken and zucchini
S: the last of the yummy peach pie!

Today is a super busy day so it's going to be hard....

B: Coffee w/ choc protein
S: nothing
L: Drup Rep day....so what ever they bring or let us order
S: none
D: Protein only. We are grilling tonight so I will only be eating the meat, He can eat the potatoes!

We're opposites Liz because I usually do better during the week since my day is more structured, but I do make sure I get at least one protein shake in a day on the weekends because if I get busy I miss snacks and stuff. Today's plan is...

B: Sausage & egg burrito
S: Banana
L: Chicken salad w/hard boiled egg
S: None - I'll be out and about - maybe a protein bar if I get hungry
D: Meeting friends at an italian restaurant so I'm not really sure yet
S: ???

E: Maybe get a bike ride in if we're not too late coming home from dinner - otherwise it will be nil today.

I haven't gone back to edit yesterdays menu...we didn't have scrambled eggs for dinner last night...so it was just mashed potatoes for me for dinner.  And I ended up having some popcorn for a late night snack.

Anyway...today....

B:  Over easy egg w/ cheese on thin crisp
S:  Greek yogurt
L:  Cheeseburger
S:  Edamame
D:  Scrambled eggs/french toast
S:  Pudding

This plan might change depending on if and when we go to the movies....
Instead of complaining that the rosebush has thorns, be happy that the thorn bush has roses.

Editing for today:

Morning snack was two string cheese, not greek yogurt

I have absolutely NO desire for the burger for lunch...it will be half of a blimpie turkey/ham/cheese on whole wheat w/ lots of veggies on it

The rest of the day still looks pretty much the same

B protein chake with skim plus milk
S oatmeal custard
L  yogurt sf ff; PB2 with celery
S PB2 with celery  I LOVE THIS STUFFF!
D  salmon and salad greens, 1/2 blueberries
S  sf pudding

decaf, water and decaf tea throughout the day
remember to take vitamins!

Good morning yall!  Im doing a liquid fast today, I have been feeling kind of...IDK just not feeling really good in the pouch area.  Also having trouble having a productive BM so I need to LPT today to get things moving (if you know what I mean)...Sorry if tha was TMI, but here is what my day should look like.

B - Decaf coffee w/ french vanilla creamer

S - GNC Pro Performance Mixed Berry whey protein (1 scoop)

L - Muscle Milk (11oz RTD) vanilla

S - GNC Pro Performance Mixed Berry whey protein (1 scoop)

D - Elite Dyzamite Whey protein (1 scoop) vanilla

This plan will include all of my daily vitamins and H2O consumption...

S: cheese stick
L: leftover crock pot beef burgandy and carrots
S: SF popsicles (2 probably)
D: cottage cheese/marinara bake
S: dried edamame

E - swim/jog in pool for 1 hour

My plans stinks -

Muscle Milk for breakfast and then chocolate cake for lunch!  What is wrong with that?  LOL  I will have a better plan tomorrow.  I am going out to the comedy club tonight so I don't even know what to expect there.  Oh well, tomorrow will be better!
