August Cooking Class / Support Group!!

Hi All!! Cooking Class & Support Group for August will be Saturday 8/29 from noon until??? (usually 4-5)

All are welcome regardless of surgeon, type of surgery or stage in the journey!

We prepare all weight loss surgery friendly foods and offer support while doing it! If you have a pre-op favorite you would like to see re-worked just post it here or send me an e-mail / PM.

You can park anywhere on my grass (pink garage and forward) if you pull in facing the garage it allows more room for everyone to park! (The lady behind me is a witch and will call the cops if you park on her grass - so pink garage and forward is safe!)

OMG! LIZ! I *might* be able to make it! LOL.

Kids are at thier dad's that weekend! So Jantzen & I just may make the trip. I will have to double check and make sure we don't have any pending plans. But nothing is coming to mind at the moment.

OK and it seems that your boys and Pam's work schedule are the same! lol

By then training camp is over and pre-season is starting.......but I am still going to make every attempt to come. Even if I don't get a glimpse of the Eagles that day! Ha Ha!

Yep - your  kids are at dads when I am off!

We also have a pull out couch and live about 15 mins away from Liz so my house is open as well!  I have off on FRIDAY night as well, so if you wanted to make the treck down the night before, that would be fine, too.

I so hope you can come!

Calendar Marked!

I am planning on coming. Its my 1 year surgiversary that day!! YEA!! and I will be 20 weeks pregnant!! And probably huge!!! But i plan on coming. Im trying to see if hubby can come BUT if all goes well he will be in Florida WORKING!!! it looks like he may be working a contract job for a software job down there till Dec.

Either way Im planning on coming. Maybe I can get Tracy to come along.

Shannon will be 39 weeks! lol you can compare bellies!

and I am sure that i will have like 20 fans on me and a few personal AC units as well... hehehehe... and I will be soooooo counting the days down lol...

Hmmmmm....I wonder if I can make this one....I'll have to check

Now...what to make!  I have a few different ideas...I'll let you know what I decide on closer to the date!
