Lunch: Zucchini Cheese Quiche
Dinner: Salad w/tuna topper
Snack: 1/2 banana w/peanut butter

Ok here is my plan now that it is 3 PM:

Pre-work out:  protein shake
Workout - 45 minutes ARC trainer
B:  Milk
L:  nothing to nervous to eat anything
D:  chicken meatballs and a spinach salad

You can't measure your achievements with someone else's yardstick!
