Sticking to the basics - Thursday
OK so I forgot my breakfast... didn't have anything to pack for lunch - I am still going to try and make good choices!
B: bacon egg and cheese on an english muffin
S: cheddar cheese, apple
L: not sure - probably a salad
S: fage and peaches
D: yep forgot to take something out here too... maybe scrambled eggs
S: peach pie

I think I missed this yesterday but basically it was the same as every other day - boring. Today I am having...
B: Sausage & egg burrito (yeah, I know - I have to STOP this)
S: Cottage cheese - 4 oz lo-fat
L: Tuna salad on lettuce w/cheese & hard boiled egg
S: Banana w/sf pudding
D: Chicken salad on lettuce
S: Nuts or sf ice cream
E: Walk the dog, ride my bicycle - if it rains I'll ride my recumbant bike

S oatmeal custard (my interpretation of Liz's creation -- egg, skim plus, oatmeal)
L turkey and veg lean Cuisine

D out for dinner meeting....asian chicken salad, dressing on the side
S skim plus milk w sugar free nesquik
I'm working on my 'decks' following the Beck Book...
Everything was right on track....I even sticked to my plan when we were at dinner meeting.. everyone alse went for Red Robin Burgers. I didn't!! I had a tough conversation when I came home... was upset.. had a realization about myself . Hubby is so supportive and we'll get through this. But, I did have a portion of pretzels that was not planned.

Today's going to be totally "on the go" so a plan is a bit tough...
B: Choc PB2 Matrix shake
S: Cheese stick
L: Something out... probably chicken-topped salad or something similar
S: Applesauce? Fruit?
D: Not a clue. Will be frantically packing and trying to get everyone else together, so we'll likely go out...

B - 1 scoop of Elite Whey protein in 2% milk (vanilla flavor)
S - Decaf coffe w/ creamer
L - KFC org. chicken strips (2) and a small bowl of vegitarian chili
S - SF Jello & 3 sesame wheat crackers w/ peanut butter
D- Muscle Milk (vanilla) protein & some type of lean protein 30 - 40 minutes later
Not working out today, worked out 3 days in a row this week and Im FEELING IT! Will hit the gym Saturday afternoon...
