Morning, everyone!

My plan is:

B:  Choc PB2 Matrix shake
S:  Edamame hummus with 1/2 arnold sandwich round (multi-grain)
L:  leftover pulled pork and a tiny bit of smashed potatoes
S:  fruit salad and string cheese
D:  ?? going to meet a friend in crisis for dinner

E:  35 mins "hard" EA Active circuit this morning

My day:

fluids.. at least 64 oz.... including decaf coffee, crystal light lemonade and plain old water

B  Protein shake  new whey(choc)+skim plus milk
S  ff cottage cheese
L  salad shrimp plus low fat mayo + pretzels (24= 120 cals)
S  celery +PB2
S celery +PB2
D salmon (broiled), green veggie (I think we have brocolli)  was actually 1/2 ear of corn. 1/2 blueberries

I also bought some index cards and a new journal book!

recap... everything was going fine until around 4:30pm  I was in Walmart. Feeling stressed from weird day at work and stressed from my visit to eye doctor (had some tests to check the status of my glaucoma). Not sure what I was actually thinking.... Bought a digital scale to weigh me, then went over to buy some skim milk and ff cottage cheese.  Also bot the ingredients to make 'Beth's pizza'.  Then, I bought some fried shrimp at the prepared food section.  Why?  I can't explain it... I don't even like fried shrimp.  Ate the darn things in the car.    Arrived home....made some oatmeal custard for Thursday... are some of that before I went to bed.... not sure twhat I was thinking.

B: greek yogurt with 1/2 cup of Kashi Hi Protein cereal (20 gm of Protein)
L: Zucchini Quiche (20 gm of Protein)
S: Balance Bar (15 gr of Protein)
D: Greens and Beans w/Tuna (25 gr of protein)

I am late to the party, but here is today's plan:

B- Chocolate Max Protein, coffee
S- cheese stick
L- antepasto salad
S- Peanut butter on half a sammy thin
D- Grilled Mahi, zucchini & tomatoes
S- SF pudding

So far, so good!

I have eaten damn near nothing today.  I slept fitfully during my nap this morning and once I'm that over tired my stomach gets all weird and I can't eat anything.  It was the same way before surgery too - I manifest exhaustion w/ stomach flu like symptoms.  Only before surgery I would physically throw up - my RNY has "solved" that problem though.

This morning:  Almost 2 pieces of chicken quesadilla
"napped" fitfully from 9:30 till 12:30
Packed string cheese and yogurt for the dental appointment.  Didn't eat either one.  Out of the house from 1:15 till 4p
While I was making Brian mashed potatoes - two spoonfuls of mashed potatoes

I have gotten in all my fluids.

I'm gonna aim for a greek yogurt w/ berries tonight.
