Teriyaki Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup  oil

  • 3 Tbls  vinegar

  • 1 tsp  McCormick® Italian Seasoning

  • 1 tsp  McCormick® Garlic Powder

  • 1/4 tsp  McCormick® Ground Black Pepper

  • 1/2 tsp  McCormick® Ground Ginger

  • 1 Tbl  light soy sauce

  • 2 tsps  brown sugar

  • 1/4 tsp  salt

  • 1 lb  boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Directions

  1. Place chicken in a large self-closing bag and pour remaining ingredients over chicken.
  2. Marinate chicken for 30 minutes or longer for stronger flavor.
  3. Remove chicken from marinade and discard the marinade.
  4. Grill chicken for 10-14 minutes or until done.

    Makes 4 servings. Per Serving: 3 1/2 Meat, 1 Free.

ohhh Jeremy is going to love this one... I will have to try this over the weekend... btw if you ever find a sugar free or at least reduce sugar recipe for seasem chicken pass it on PLEASE lol...
