Teriyaki Chicken
Ingredients
1/3 cup oil
3 Tbls vinegar
1 tsp McCormick® Italian Seasoning
1 tsp McCormick® Garlic Powder
1/4 tsp McCormick® Ground Black Pepper
1/2 tsp McCormick® Ground Ginger
1 Tbl light soy sauce
2 tsps brown sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Directions
- Place chicken in a large self-closing bag and pour remaining ingredients over chicken.
- Marinate chicken for 30 minutes or longer for stronger flavor.
- Remove chicken from marinade and discard the marinade.
- Grill chicken for 10-14 minutes or until done.
