Just finished running on the treadmill 2 miles then 1 mile of interval sprints.

~40 minutes, upper body

+ squeezed in a 'quick & fast' run on the treadmill:
5 minutes @ 7MPH!!!

Gym before work today, warm-up, free weights, 2 reps each, 35 minutes of cardio
