Tuesday Excercise
I did my 2 miles in 29:09 minutes this morning... in fact, my average pace was about 14:25, which is faster than I've ever done it! Woo hoo... That's 327 cals.
Now the plan is that Thursday I'm doing 3 miles... pace will undoubtedly be lower overall, but it's a stretch in distance. I'm liking the whole nike+ training thing and the feedback it gives throughout the workout - I can see my pace at any point and figure out if i'm starting to slow down.
I'm really starting to try and work up to a 5K. Scary stuff!!!
