Sticking to the Basics - Tuesday

OK I had 3 of these cheesy crunchy breadstick things between breakfast and my snack because I was getting shakey.

I also had 6 crackers with my cheese. Tomorrow I am going to slice up an apple instead of the crackers. it's a better carb.

That's OK, I just ate a miniature Hershey bar. UGH! I hate that I do not have will power!

Here is my plan

B - Decaf w/ f. vanilla creamer
S - 6 bing cherries and sesame wheat crackers w/ peanut butter
L - fresh salad greens, albacore tuna w/ shredded colby/jack & light dressing
S - IDK
D - Muscle Milk protein b-4 workout & Elite Whey protein after workout

 Im so hungry and its killing me today. I know eating alittle more is ok at this point but man I could take a slice out of my arm for lunch.

B: cereal, halk skim half 2%
S: 1/4 turkey bacon sandwhich (leftover)
L: zuchinni souffle thingy.  low carb, low fat.
S: cheese or yogurt
D: meatloaf, tater and green beans
S: protein shake with skim.

 Id really like to eat everything in sight but im keeping my self in check!!! I have gotten ill 3 times in the past day off food i have had no problem eating drinking. Milk at night not mixed with something makes me sick, so does steak. Grrrr.
But im seriously craving potato pancakes, bleenies. LOL.

L: morningstar farms pizza veggie burger, watermelon, 1/2 arnold round
S: 4 crackers with cream cheese
D: grilled chicken, pinto beans, lettuce and cheese-semi taco salad
