Monday Excercise

Okay everyone it's my birthday and I still hit the gym this morning and did an hour on my Elliptical and some free weights. On the menu tonight is some sort of SF cake. So what is everyone else doing to move today??

People comment on my over 100 pound weight loss and attribute it to my WILLpower, but it is my WANTpower: I WANT to be thin and healthy more than anything else!

In honor of your b-day I am going to start my exercise routine! lol Chris showed me a few things on the total gym last night - I am going to give it a whirl tonight when I get home from work. NO Idea what the moves are called but it works your chest/arms, legs and abs.

Happy Birthday!

I ran 4 miles at the park.  In a bit I am going to the gym to lift weights and then tonight I will do yoga or pilates.  Not sure yet.

You can't measure your achievements with someone else's yardstick!

I am going to the chiropractor, but he will probably just do some adjustments, no workout.

For exercise, I'm going to take my usual mile walk during lunchtime, and then after work I'm going to a Zumba class.  Love my Zumba!

Depending on how long everything takes me to get stuff done here today I will definately be trying to get out on my rollerblades today - the weather is GORGEOUS for it!
Instead of complaining that the rosebush has thorns, be happy that the thorn bush has roses.

Going to the gym after work today and doing 30 minutes on the Elliptical, and 15-20 minutes on the machines doing some weight resistance.
