I've never been to a French Thai restaurant but stick with protein and veggies and you're always fairly safe! Enjoy it!

Since it's Thai, there will be a lot of noodles, etc on the menu, but there should also be things like seared tuna, sauteed shrimp, chicken with veggies, among others.  I have gone out for Thai post-op and always managed to find a few good options.  Are you going to Origin?

Origins was awsome, very impressive.  I ended up having Chilean Seabass and it was out of this world!!

That sounds good!  I've been to their restaurant in Morristown.  Very good food!

If you have a question about any of the dishes just ask if it has a sauce on it... and if it does see if you can have it on the side.  Some of their sauces are high in sugar or fat or both... I know the Chinese places I go to will do that for me and don't think anything of it.

But, have fun!

Geoff,

Most Thai places do some awesome salmon... just ask for the sauce on the side and you should be fine.
