Regular yogurt bothers me but the greek doesn't! Weird I know! Some people have told me that once the milk is cooked the lactose is "killed" that's why we are OK with cheese.

Oh and pork roll is a kind of tangy sausagey type thing that is local to eastern PA - like only people over here know about scrapple! I admit it isn't the best thing to eat (a bit fatty) but I nuke it so all the fat drains out.  I guess it is more like pepperoni but tangy not spicy

Well I know all about scrapple. LOL. My ex-hubby actually used to make it. UGH! Just never heard of that. Always wondered but never asked! LOL

Other yogurts make me sick too. Wasn't sure if it was the lactose or sugar content in those. Maybe I will try the greek yogurt then. I just always assumed I couldn't handle it. And having something with lactose in it is worse than dumping on sugar. So I avoid it! LOL

When life hands you lemons, ask for tequila & salt and give me a call!

It's local to jersey as well.  They have it on the menus at places like perkins and what not.  And you can't go into a wawa or a quick check w/o that being one of the breakfast sandwiches on the menu....

another tasty meal brought to you by processed pork products, lol

Actually, pork roll is from Trenton, NJ.  Jersey represent!

I've never tried it though, crazy enough.  I grew up mostly in far north Jersey, where I'd never heard of it, and I could never bring myself to try it once I moved to central Jersey.  Guess I'll never know what I missed!

Well here's what has and what I think will happen....

B:  egg, slice of cheese, pepperidge farm thin round
S:  2 string cheese
L:  1/2 of this pizza pepperoni bread thing we got at the farmers market
S:  Cherries
D:  Cheeseburger (probably no bun), corn, and a spoonful of baked beans (way to much sugar...so just the spoonful so I don't dump)
S:  SF peach pie w/ NSA vanilla ice cream
