It's been tooo long

Hi Everyone,
   It's been way too long since I've been on OH.  I have noticed recently that I have been slipping and I took an inventory of my recent activities and decided that I have to make changes.
   1 - I must log on to OH on a regular basis once again.  This keeps me up to date and I hope it will also make me more accountable for my actions.
   2 - I must stop slipping into trying "sugar" items again.  I went to a wedding last night and ate the wedding cake.  WHAT WAS I THINKING????  Unfortunately, it did not make me sick.  I wi**** did but it did not!
   3 - I must keep a log of my food once again.  I stopped doing that some time ago.
   4 - I must have a protein drink on a daily basis.  Either for breakfast or lunch.
   5 - I must start taking my vitamins daily.
   6 - I must make my 1 year check up since it's been 15 months.
   7 - I must take that pouch test.

I know this board keeps me on track.

I log all my food in an iphone application, it is great!

Good for you for doing the right thing and coming up with a plan to keep yourself on track.  You've made awesome progress (by your ticker) and that's not something to take lightly at all!  Keep reaching out for support and keep successing!
