Favorite Exercise

I like variety with my workouts so I change up every couple weeks. I mostly do dvds but since the weather has been nice I get outside and walk/jog as well.

Great DVDs for me are- P90X- AB Ribber X, Cardio X and Yoga X; Jillian Michaels' 30 day Shred, turbo Jam's Turbo Sculpt and Cardio Party.

Also like my Wii--- have added Wii Active and Wii Personal Trainer in there as well.
