Favorite Low Fat/Cal Desert Recipe

I was wondering if anyone has ever heard of the recipe for crustless strawberry pie. It is made up of sugar free strawberry gelatin, sugar free instant vanilla pudding and strawberries of course. I'm just not sure of what else. It was a recipe that I picked up from weigh****chers years ago and made all the time.  Everyone and I mean everyone loved it and didn't even know it was diet or sugar free.


1) Does anyone have this recipe? 

2) What is your favorite diet recipe that fools everyone?

I did a search online for "crustless strawberry pie" and this came up.  Is that the recipie?

Ingredients
4 cups strawberries
1 (5/8 ounce) box sugar-free strawberry gelatin
1 (1 1/3 ounce) box sugar-free vanilla pudding mix
2 cups water

Preparation
1. Mix together the water and sugar-free pudding mix.
2. Bring to a boil.
3. Remove from the heat and mix in the jello crystals.
4. Place the strawberries in a pie pan.
5. Pour the pudding/gelatin mixture over the strawberries and chill for at least an hour before serving.

I think that is it, thanks. The only difference is, instead of using a pie pan, I use individual serving glass cups, and it looks pretty also.
