Cool workout tool!

OOOh.... and an OH-safe bbq too?  This is sounding like an awesome day...  OK - gotta pump up the training. 

Right now, I'm doing about 2 miles, averaging about 15 - 15:30 (despite what it says on nikeplus, where i keep forgetting to "end workout" prior to doing my end-of-run stretches... sigh - i WILL get used to it!).  But i'm working up and with the training plan, I really think I can do it!  Just finishing "not last" will be a major accomplishment for me!

OK - i'm psyched.... THANK YOU for the suggestion!
