** Friday Exercise
Wow - no one started this yet? OK, here goes...
I got hubby up and out with me this morning. So far, he's done every other morning, which is probably a good thing because I definitely go a lot slower when he's with me. From a training perspective, it's supposedly good to give 48 hours between the intense workouts. Anyway, we did 2.1 miles at a pace of 17 min/mile for total cals for me of 341. Pretty morning!
SO... what are YOU doing to move today?

I am taking a Zumba class after work. Love my Zumba!!! I'm also going to do my usual lunchtime walk (1 mile) and I am very pleased to report that this morning, after a VERY stressful meeting, I went outside and walked a half mile around the pond near my office. I can't even tell you how proud of myself I am for this -- just a year ago, that kind of meeting would have left me heading straight to Dunkin' Donuts! And not for plain iced coffee either!
I went to the gym this morning and did 30 mins on the treadmill..1st mile, I alternated between a quick walk and a jog, then I increased the incline up to 10 and walked the rest.
Then, I did strength training--lower back stretches, calves, shoulders, biceps--about 45 mins
Edited to include: also took a 2 mile walk at a local park with one of my friends.
