Great news! She doesn't have to be on the PCA pump...MOST narcotics have the side effect of nausea etc...morphine dilaudid...whatever. They can switch her over to something like liquid vicodin (lortab) which generally has less of those effects (but can still happen) Anyway - glad she is out and doing otherwise well!
Instead of complaining that the rosebush has thorns, be happy that the thorn bush has roses.
