Sticking to the Basics - Thursday

Good Morning - What's on everyone's plate today?

here's my plan - i've been pretty good about sticking to it lately

B: pork roll on a sandwich thin
S: fage and peaches
L: antipasto salad (with lunchmeat on it)
S: salami and cheese roll ups
D: steak and corn on the cob
S: chocolate pudding

OMG!  I just tasted the chicken I put in my salad for lunch.  It is so good I have to ask myself if I trust myself with buying it again.  I could eat this all day.  So much flavor and so tender.

Some days your the dog and some days your the hydrant.

Good Morning........

I don't have a plan. And I am venting about it! LOL. I had skinless buffalo wings in freezer at work, and that was my breakfast. I go in to get them out and put in toaster oven to find that SOMEONE ate all of them but 1. They left one freaking wing!!! UGH!

So then I figured I would just eat the lunch meat and cheese I had in the fridge. It was to be for snacks or lunch but I am hungry. And.....that is eaten too! So........

No breakfast for me, and I am going to have to go out and BUY food at lunch. there is NOTHING healthy in this dinky town! I am ticked!

Whew.....OK, I feel a little better now, although STILL hungry!

When life hands you lemons, ask for tequila & salt and give me a call!

That really sucks that people do that.  Just another reason I am so happy that I work from home.  Every now and then Siehara will eat my food, but that doesn't happen often since she knows better.  Hope you are able to find something decent to eat in the dinky town.

This is my plan....I gotta get the finger foods out of the house. I do well until i get home then there are the nibblies...


B- WC Oatmeal
Coffee

S- bannana and yogurt

L-left over chicken and veggies

S- Trail mix

Pre gym protein shake

D- steak and some veggies

Morning Liz - I'm doing better this week fighting the carb monster, at least during the day - night time is the bad time for me...

B: TJ's crustless quiche
S: Fresh fruit salad
L: Turkey & cheese roll-ups; banana
S: SF pudding
D: Baked chicken parm; salad

Yes folks, if this looks like yesterday's menu is is just about exact! Once I open that turkey you have to eat it so it doesn't spoil, and we had 2 humongous chicken breasts that we baked last night - one actually fed all 3 of us, so we'll finish that tonight.

E: NONE - taking the night off to give my tired old body and legs a rest.

I need to switch up my food...I eat the same thing all the time but I havent become bored with it...I just need a change.

B - sesame crackers with peanut butter
S - Yogurt
L - Spicy California roll - Sushi
S - sf jello
D - I dont know yet

Worked out yesterday so my muscles need a break.

B: Fuzzy Navel Nectar protein shake, mixed with 4C Lemonade
S: cheddar cheese
L: chicken thigh simmered in diced tomatoes, zucchini
S: roast beef/provolone roll up
D: seared wasabi tuna, small salad
S: fage with blueberries
