Wednesday Excercise
Got hubby out of bed to walk with me this morning... I pushed the pace more than the last time he accompanied me and was rewarded by his "wow, that was hard" grumbling (still not up to my regular pace yet, which actually felt kinda good!)... But afterward he acknowledged that he feels a lot better after walking. Yay!
So we did 1.75 miles pretty briskly (i'd say about 3.5 mph)... and I'll do an upper body workout later today because I didn't take the hand weights with me this morning.
This morning's wildlife count... 3 deer and a turkey. :-)

Didn't do cardio this morning, but I did my weight routine over lunch.
Sadly, I forgot my gym clothes so I had to work out in my t-shirt and jeans. I took the t-shirt off before I put my work shirt back on, and I had a pair of underwear to change into, but my jeans are a bit "humid" at the moment. It's kind of gross.

40 min on treadmill @ 6MPH; then 5 min cool down @ 4.5MPH; then 1 min cool down @ 4.0MPH; last 1 min @ 3.5 MPH.
iPhone dead, for now, so I did not text myself all the stats...but hey, it's not about numbers :)

p.s.: while on vacation over the July 4th long weekend in Niagara Falls & Toronto I maintained treadmill exercises (30 mins @ 6MPH with a 5 min cool down) on Saturday and Sunday.
