July Cooking Class / Support Group! THIS SATURDAY!

Come join us saturday 7/11 noon - ??? for an afternoon of good food and GREAT support! All are welcome regardless of surgery type / hospital or stage in the journey. Support people are also welcome!

Oh boy do we have some tasty recipes this weekend!!!!!!!

We do ask for a small donation to help offset costs (this is totally anonymous)

Bringing the ingredients to make the smoked salmon and sour cream frittata--- subbing greek yogurt for the sour cream.

Liz, I assume you have a skillet?!? I know you do, so I don't know why I'm asking.

nope - I cook all my food on sticks over a fire lol

Of course I do! And a spatula and bowls 

I actually meant an oven proof skillet, smart ass.    But, since you went there, I'll be sure to bring a plank of wood to stick over the fire!! 

Better a smart ass then a dumb ass!

There's always cast iron! I have several choices

Unfortunately I am going to miss out on another cooking class as I have to head to NY to see my Dad who is in the hospital.

Have a great time and hopefully the August date will work out for me to meet everyone.
