Tuesday Excercise
You are such an exercise guru Shilpa!! I want to be like you when I grow up!!! LOL!
Today is trainer day, so I expect to be put in some Rocco pain later today. According to my schedule, today should be back, tricep and calves.. that doesn't mean that's what we are going to do today, though. We'll see. Maybe I'll stay after and do some cardio.. depends on how hard he works me.

I will be riding my recumbant bike tonight, walking the dog, and then hopefully riding my bicycle. Have I mentioned lately how much I love my bicycle!!??

Last night I went to Curves on the way home, long walk with the dog, then rode my bicycle about 4 miles. Tonight I hope to go further.

Couldn't get the hubby out of bed this morning - he didn't sleep well last night so I took pity on him. :-)
Instead of going out, I did a 30-minute boxing workout - mostly cardio and upper body. Felt good, but will up the intensity (again) the next time. I may do something else tonight, too... depends on a lot of things!
