Tuesday Excercise

Good Morning!
I walked about 12 miles around the neighborhood this morning. I was sweating as I walked/jogged most of it. I am pooped maybe will get in lifting some light weights later tonight. So what is everybody else doing to move today??

People comment on my over 100 pound weight loss and attribute it to my WILLpower, but it is my WANTpower: I WANT to be thin and healthy more than anything else!

You are such an exercise guru Shilpa!! I want to be like you when I grow up!!! LOL!

Today is trainer day, so I expect to be put in some Rocco pain later today.  According to my schedule, today should be back, tricep and calves.. that doesn't mean that's what we are going to do today, though.  We'll see.  Maybe I'll stay after and do some cardio.. depends on how hard he works me.

 You are truly the goddess of fitness, Shilpa - what a fantastic work-out!!

I will be riding my recumbant bike tonight, walking the dog, and then hopefully riding my bicycle. Have I mentioned lately how much I love my bicycle!!??  And now I have a neighbor who rides with me.

Last night I went to Curves on the way home, long walk with the dog, then rode my bicycle about 4 miles. Tonight I hope to go further.

Morning All!

Shilpa, I worship you!  Someday, girl....

Couldn't get the hubby out of bed this morning - he didn't sleep well last night so I took pity on him.  :-)

Instead of going out, I did a 30-minute boxing workout - mostly cardio and upper body.  Felt good, but will up the intensity (again) the next time.  I may do something else tonight, too... depends on a lot of things!
