Good Morning Ladies! Here's my plan at 2 1/2 years out

B:pork roll on a sandwich round
S: cheddar cheese
L: veggie stir fry with cheese
S: fage and peaches
D: pork chops and summer squash
S: not sure maybe more yogurt

D- Not sure maybe salsa chicken

Morning Liz and everyone - okay, I am really striving to break the carb cycle I've gotten into - did okay yesterday - hope to do even better today.

B: Breakfast casserole (NO BURRITO!!)
S: Fresh fruit
L: Seafood salad (w/Dreamfields pasta); turkey & cheese roll-up (no bakery round)
S: Banana w/sf pudding
D: Not sure yet - probably salad of some kind
S: SF popsicle

E: Recumbant bike; walk with the dog; bicycle ride

I am heading out to Baltimore and will have to fly by the seat of my pants.  Last week when I was down there I ate out of the vending machine (yuck!).  I will try to pick something up on my way down there to have with me. 

B:  egg and cheese wrap from DD, coffee
L:  ?? 
D:  ??  Won't be home til after 8PM so I will probably stop somewhere on the way and get somethng healthy.

Here's my plan for the day.

B:  1% cottage cheese w/ fresh blueberries & sliced almonds

S:  Decaf w/ creamer

L:  Fresh salad greens w/ grilled chicken, shredded cheese

S:  100% whey protein GNC pro performance (mixed berry)

D: I dont know yet...we have been eating leftovers from the 4th so some meat and a veggie.

All vitamins & H2O

Well I left my "afterwork snack" (lime jello pie) AT work...so that will now have to be one of my snacks tonight.  I just had some ham and cheese roll ups.

Anywho...this is what I have packed for tonight.  I dont' know what order I'll eat it in and may not even eat all of it....

Greek yogurt w/ berries
Lime jello pie
Chicken parm
Turkey and cheese roll ups (two servings worth)

I'll also have my DD med iced decaf coffee.  I normally get  coconut..but they were out of it the other day (HORRORS) and I tried the french vanilla - and it's REALLY good.  Quandry of the day....

Howdy!  (can't say good morning - it's almost 1:30, and this is the first time I've had a chance to post!)

My plan:

B:  Choc/Strawberry/Banana protein shake
S:  Fresh pineapple with ff cream cheese
L:  Chicken salad w/yogurt & mustard
S:  Edamame Hummus with 1/2 arnold multi-grain sandwich round
D:  Not sure - taking daughter out for her birthday - likely some type of fish

I haven't tried it - do they have things other than seafood?  (I'm the only one in my family who will eat the stuff unfortunately.)
