well over a week at the same weight.

I know, it happens, but it is frustrating, I thought I would be
fine.

I need to get rid of the scale!  HA!

where's that measuring tape?

You got it chickie!! measure yourself!

Have someone in your house hide the scale if you need - weigh once a week.

It is frustrating but remember it is temporary! Change things up! Vary your meals and exercise!

It'll pass!

Hang in there the pounds will start melting away soon. I tend to stay the same for one to two weeks and then drop five or six pounds. It has been that way since my surgery must just be my bodies way of doing things. Celebrate every little change. Belinda

Scales - the best of friends, the worst of friends, depending on the day. Put it away - measure yourself and take lots of pics. Don't stress over this stall because there are going to be many more on your journey, but they are just that - a stall. Nothing permanent and you will get past each one and continue successing.
