Liz... it's a WINNER!
Made the short ribs today in the crock pot and hubby and I both loved them! Awesome recipe, there's enough for tomorrow night's leftovers and I don't feel guilty. Woo hoo!

Oh - one modification I made was to toss in about 3 tbsp of horseradish (we love horseradish with beef)... didn't make it spicy, just gave it a little more taste.
