Im 10 months + out and Im not sure how today will go. Im dealing with a killer ear infection.

S: coffee and ive been eyeing up this lemon cookie thing.. Im resisting.
L: Leftover steak, tater and veggie quionoa Sp?
S: cheese and a beef steak
D: Leftover stuffed cabbage and probably some spinach strawberry salad
S: Protein shake with two scoops of powder in a blender

Good morning Liz - went to Trader Joe's yesterday and bought some of their crustless quiches - trying to get out of the burrito breakfast pattern I've fallen into but of course they're still home in the freezer, so it was burrito time again. Here's my plan for the day.
B: Sausage & egg burrito
S: Fresh fruit salad
L: Seafood salad
S: Protein bar
D: Taco salad
S: ???
E: Curves; walk the dog; ride my bicycle

S: Fresh strawberries and pineapple with FF cream cheese
L: Chick salad (yogurt, mustard, scallions, herbs)
S: Caprese salad
D: Liz's crockpot ribs (left over) and steamed asparagus
S: Straw/choc parfait (SF dark choc pudding, fresh strawberries, FF cool whip, a sprinkle of unsweetened cocoa powder, and a Voortman's SF/lo carb cookie - YUMMY!)

B: 1% cottage cheese w/ fresh blueberries & sliced almonds
S: GNC 100% Whey protein (mixed berry) 8oz
L: Fresh salad greens w/ grilled chicken, shredded cheese
S: Yogurt
D: Protein shake
All vitamins & H2O
Exercise: walked doggie for 15 minutes this morning and 30 minutes on the Ellipitcal machine

B- Venti skinny cin dolce latte fm Starbucks (thank you hubby!!)
S- Protein Shake
L- ham and cheese omlet w/egg whites. (154 calories!)
S- cheese sticks probably, maybe with yogurt
D- either left over meatloaf or a cheeseburger omlet
S- lite popcorn or watermelon, or both!
Curves around 3:30...have to wait for one of the kids parents to get home!
