Woopie!

woohoooo congrats! I was down to basically toast and mashed potatoes before my gall bladder surgery!

Liz...I am so there!
It seems every time I turn around..something different is bothering my GB.  I can't believe I'm saying this...but I'm looking forward to the liquid diet because I KNOW that nothing will bother my GB!

Toast & mashed potatoes will be it for me if I have any more problems.  Oh, and carrots.  Did I mention how much I love carrots! (Sarcasm at it's finest...they totally are yucky but don't bother my GB, so I've been eating a lot of them!)

Congratulations on getting your insurance approval - that's always a hugh relief! You've done an awesome job so far on your own, too - that is going to help you so much with the surgeries.

Your family is beautiful - great picture! Make sure you have someone take pictures of the whole you before surgery - listen to me - I HATE having my picture taken, even to this day!!

Relax and enjoy now and get ready for a brand new life!

Yes, I have my "photographer" all lined up. 
I've already taken a few bathing suit pictures...but I don't think I'll let anyone see them for quite a while!  I love seeing the pictures that everyone takes in the same clothes ****il they fall off) with the same background. 

Thanks for your kind words also about our family picture.  It's honestly the first time I've ever liked a picture of me.  Can't imagine when I'm down another 50+ lbs!

Im so happy for you.  I know the excitement you feel right now because Ive been there.  15 days will fly by and you will be on the losers bench and there is a spot right next to me.  We have the same surgeon so we can compare notes.  Dont hesitate to contact me if you have any questions or just need a friend.  Who know, maybe Ill see you around his office for our check up visits.

Whooppeee is right!  Congrats!  15 days will fly by in NO time!!!  And because the pesky gallbladder is being removed, I'm sure the feelings of anxiousness will be thwarted by the "I can't wait to get this damn thing out of me" feeling!

Oh - and your family picture is AWESOME!!!
