July Cooking Class / Support Group - THIS SATURDAY!

Come join us saturday 7/11 noon - ??? for an afternoon of good food and GREAT support! All are welcome regardless of surgery type / hospital or stage in the journey. Support people are also welcome!

We will focus on summer foods - if anyone has a recipe they'd like to see made more WLS friendly let me know ASAP.

We do ask for a small donation to help offset costs (this is totally anonymous)

I'm there, albeit a bit late because of synagogue presentation in the morning. 

I'm thinking of making a smoked salmon and sour cream frittata when I get there, but not sure of people's thoughts on that.  I know smoked salmon can be an acquired taste.

Thoughts on me making it? 

sounds good to me - I love smoked salmon! We'll see you when you get here!

 If it rains hubby and I will be coming. We are suppose to have my dad's company picinic at  Blue falls grove.

My fiance and I are probably going to be coming and my Mom too. I went to my first post-op support meeting today in Danville and met up a few fellow "losers" that are going to be coming!!!
