Yesterday was great and OMG a huge WOW moment

I had a "me" day yesterday. Treated myself to a Sheetz iced SF latte with protein, visited with my brother and sister for a couple hours, got a new hair cut, went shopping, bought a new bra, you get the idea just having a great time doing things without kids or hubby. While my sister and I were at Wal Mart I spied a friend of ours. This is my sister's best friend and I have known her for about thirty years or so. I waved and my sister yelled hi. This girl looked at me kind of confused and smiled at my sister and started talking, looked back at me and said "Oh my God I didn't even recognize you!" I told her she was just saying that and she said "No really I didn't". and I could tell by the look on her face she was serious she didn't know who I was for a few seconds. She hasn't seen me in three or four months, since before the surgery. I DID A VICTORY DANCE RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF WAL MART !!!!! How cool is that? Just had to share. Have a wonderful fourth and a great weekend everyone. Belinda

Wonderful wow. It get's even better. The next time you see her, you'll have to introduce yourself to her and she won't believe it's you at all.

CONGRATULATIONS!!! Moments like those make the tough ones so worth while - and she probably didn't recognize you, so imagine how much more you might change and all for the better! And good for you for having a ME day - we all need those once in a while/.
