Hi Carey and welcome. I see that you are from Woodbury Hts. I'm originally from Pitman but now live in Philly. I'm just at the very beginnings of the pre-op phase of surgery. I will be having RnY when I finally get to that future date.
I have already been through all this with my hubby back in 2006 so for me there was no research, only getting me healthy enough to have surgery, and not past a few more hurdles that have been thrown my way.
I'm currently waiting for my surgeon to get back to me with the schedule of pre-op testing.
The waiting is so frustrating at times.

Hello Ida,

I grew up in Wenonah. I have always loved Pitman and still go to their craft shows! I especially like the one in the Fall. Where are you having your surgery done? Dr. Wernsing at PA Hospital is my surgeon. Good luck with your testing. I'll keep in touch with my progress.

I grew up in Pitman, stayed there till my daughters were grown and out of the house.

I'll be having my surgery at Jeanes hospital. Dr. Dempsey is my surgeon.
