Keep the faith and pay attention to everything so you can stay on top of the insurance company if you have to. Twice my company told the surgeon's office that I had to wait until Nov because of the pre-existing condition rule. Insurance was wrong---that condition was satisfied in Feb. I was armed with a letter from them the next time they tried to make me wait. I hope your process isn't delayed and that you soon join us on the loser's bench!!!
