Ugh the trail mix got a hold me of yesterday, guess it needs to go on the list.

L: chicken thigh simmered in mustard BBQ sauce, green beans
S: half a small apple, PB2
S: Protein shake (post-workout)
D: homemade chili with cheddar and Greek yogurt
S: ricotta with SF Torani syrup

S: provolone cheese slices
L: No clue.. i think soup.
S: cheese with some crackers
D: chicken something!

L:  Roast beef/cream cheese rollups (Liz's idea?  YUMMY!)
