Good Morning All

B: egg sandwich on english muffin
S: ricotta and strawberries
L: not sure ordering out - maybe a chef salad
S: cheese and an apple
D: beef shrot ribs - in the crock pot
S: not sure - maybe a coconut cookie

I figured I would start it off this morning since *hopefully* Liz is sleeping in and getting rest today.

4 years 10 months out. 15 lbs of baby weight to lose....and here's my food plan for the day.

B: cheese Omelette
S: 2 pieces of mozzarella string cheese
L: chicken Thighs in diced tomatoes
S: none (too busy at work today)
D: BBQ chicken on grill & broccoli
S: None

Beautiful Morning, eh?

B:  choc strawberry matrix shake
S:  fresh strawberries with my fruit dip
L:  filet tips with balsamic glaze
S:  miso soup
D:  pan-seared scallops? or tilapia?

E:  1.7 mile walk/run this morning, cardio boxing tonight

LIZ - do you have a recipe for the short ribs in the crock pot?  That sounds yummy!

Karen I posted it yesterday, it is under the crock pot recipes post. It is an experiment so I'll let you know tonight how it turns out!

Good Morning PA Board!  Here is my plan

B:  16 oz Coffee w/ french vanilla creamer

S:  GNC Pro-Performance 100% Whey Protein (8oz)

L:  Fresh salad greens w/ Albacore tuna, cheese and a hardboiled egg

S:  GNC Pro-Performance 100% Whey Protein (8oz)

D:  I never seem to know what Im going to do for dinner cuz Im never really hungry so I usuall 
      have a shake or eat some dense protein.

Good morning!  Here's my plan for the day:

B: Syntha-6 cookies & cream shake, coffee
L: chicken thigh simmered in BBQ sauce, green beans
S: half a Supreme Protein bar
S: Protein shake (post-workout)
D: Scallops provencale (tomato, basil, and feta)
S: Greek yogurt with blueberries

This is the plan as always things change such as eating a Hotdog bun with my no carb WW meal LOL 

S- WC oatmeal
Coffee

Greek yogurt bannana

WW Meal with aparently a hot dog bun

Chai latte

Zuchini and chicken  stir fry
