My First Stall
I stalled from month 4 thru 7. It will help to track your nutritional values (Calories, Fat, Carbs, Protein), it will also help to change your menu continuously. When I switched from protein supplements and protein bars to dairy products and other natural items the scale suddenly dropped and now I must constantly change up the food and keep the carbs to a minimum and by all means I must stick to low natural carbs. So I have to severely limit man made carbs such as soy crackers, protein bars, etc. Not saying this is the same situation for you, but have your nutritional info ready to speak to your nutritionist.
