Okay today I walked for about 10 miles around the neighborhood. I am already feeling sore from going up and down those hills in the neighborhood. So what is everybody else doing to move today??

People comment on my over 100 pound weight loss and attribute it to my WILLpower, but it is my WANTpower: I WANT to be thin and healthy more than anything else!

Wow ......... even if the insurance/surgery becomes a reality for me, I only dream of being able to do something like that. Really amazing!!

so much for the gym.. Rocco rescheduled for Friday.  I can't get there today now, but we are going over to the mall, so I'll get a bit of walking in.

Recumbant bike for 10 miles (hopefully); walk the dog; ride my bicycle - have to figure out how far I ride in my development - its not very big so I'm sure its not miles or anything but maybe I'll dig my pedometer out and figure it out that way - now there's an idea!

Hi Shilpa,
I walked about 30 minutes with the dog one time today, and then swam for 30 minutes.  I also did some 10-15 minute piddle runs with the dog as well.

My goal is to do about the same for Wednesday.

Hugs,
Trish
